The Murray, Hong Kong, a Niccolo Hotel is located along legendary Cotton Tree Drive in the heart of Hong Kong and is the city’s newest, luxury iconic landmark hotel.

When The Murray wanted to provide an impressive and high-tech accommodation experience for its guests, it turned to Alpha-IoT a professional system integrator for a solution.

Alpha-IoT installed the ultimate In-room control system for all 336 guestrooms of The Murray. Let’s take a look at some of the features below that to make this project successful.

First, it connects all the electronic devices to control room temperature, lighting, and drapes.

Second, it displays guest services requests such as privacy, makeup room, and room service requests.

Third, the Smart Digital Thermostats provide guest comfort and energy conservation using programmable, precise, direct digital control (DDC) technology which can control virtually any fan coil unit, packaged terminal air conditioner, and packaged terminal heat pump, etc.

At the same time, a programme App is developed by Alpha-IoT, hence guests can manage all in-room controls through an i-Pad.

The use of ease and central control system make it became an ideal In-room control solution for hotel management.
